General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, August 26, shows that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will face a pop quiz involving Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also spill what’s in his heart during an emotional conversation.
Plus, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will dig her heels in and think she knows best, so here’s what GH viewers can look forward to.
After Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) discovers Willow used her phone to record Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), she’ll have a meltdown.
Nina will want Willow to erase that recording since blackmailing Jack is a terrible idea.
This proves Brennan relied on WSB resources to make the traffic camera video go away and keep Willow out of Pentonville.
Nina won’t want Willow holding this over Brennan, particularly since it points to Willow as Drew’s shooter.
It’s dangerous for Willow to have this recording at all, so Nina will be adamant that she should delete it.
Willow will double down on this blackmail route instead and hope to force Brennan into giving her Michael leverage.
Speaking of Michael, he’ll visit Sonny for some fatherly words of wisdom.
Michael may want advice regarding his new living arrangement with Willow or even Drew’s more active role at Aurora.
Whatever the case, the discussion will ultimately shift to Sonny’s worst regrets.
Those may involve the times when Sonny hasn’t been able to keep his family safe – like when Michael got burned in the explosion at his dad’s penthouse.
Over with Brennan, he’ll have some questions for Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), but she won’t give him the answers he’s looking for.
Next, Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) will get some things off his chest about his past, so we’ll see who he chooses as a confidant.
During a conversation with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), Drew will be put to the test.
Jordan will want to know whether Drew can truly work as a team with Michael or if he’ll fall back into his old patterns of sabotage.
Drew may promise Jordan that he’s not trying to cause any more problems, but we all know he’s got other tricks up his sleeve.
As for Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), he’ll sound the alarm to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about Willow trying to wipe Drew off the map a second time.
Kai will presumably mean when Drew got tossed into the lake, but it was Nina who did that instead of Willow.
Nevertheless, Willow has done more than enough to warrant some anger from Alexis, who’ll put her foot down with her soon.
Alexis won’t be willing to keep her mouth shut about Willow firing at Drew anymore, so she’ll confront Willow about shooting her own husband.
Across town, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may suspect something’s up when Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) delivers news on her change of heart regarding the CEO position.
However, Josslyn will shut down Carly’s interrogation and push her not to meddle.
Despite Carly’s hope that Josslyn is headed down a safer path, Josslyn may make it clear that her WSB involvement isn’t done.
Josslyn can’t go into the details of her new assignment at JJE, but Carly may eventually have a hunch that’s what’s going on here.
