General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, September 2, reveals that Outback was back to stir up some trouble.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) also made an alarming discovery involving Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), so here’s how Wednesday’s GH episode went down.
At the Cat’s Eye Lounge, Josslyn took off in a hurry after realizing Brennan wasn’t answering her messages regarding their planned debrief.
Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) was annoyed, but he ultimately took the opportunity to quiz Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and fish for more Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) info.
As for Gio, he surprised Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) by revealing he’d booked them a weekend getaway in Montreal.
Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) shared some sweet and supportive moments with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) after the performance as well.
In Brennan’s suite, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) considered the possibility that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) might’ve been behind the security drama and room search.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) shut down that idea since Valentin was with her hunting through Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) office and scoring intel they could use to their advantage.
Josslyn eventually showed up looking for Brennan, so she found out about the security system getting shut down.
Josslyn agreed Brennan could be a target and ultimately called the WSB about him going missing.
At the Quartermaine boathouse, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) remained concerned about her missing bracelet, which had the initial “C” on it.
The last time Charlotte remembered having it was at the pool, but Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) tried to downplay her concerns.
Outback came running in with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) not far behind.
Chase was looking after Outback while Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) was away with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).
Chase said Outback found his suspects and confronted the teens over his truck going missing before turning back up with a ding in it.
Danny confessed to borrowing it, so Chase lectured him while Charlotte went chasing after Outback.
Drew and Ava Jerome (Maura West) ended up on a piece of land that previously belonged to the Quartermaines.
Now it was a nature preserve, so Drew didn’t think anyone would come looking for Brennan’s body there.
After Drew and Ava got to work digging a hole, they dumped the body in the grave they made and had a moment of silence at Ava’s request.
Ava and Drew filled the hole back in with dirt before scattering brush over it.
Drew and Ava eventually ran off right as a barking Outback neared the burial site.
Outback started digging in the spot where Brennan was just buried, but Charlotte showed up to drag her home.
Back at the boathouse, Chase ripped into Danny since this truck incident wasn’t the first time he’d done something like this.
Danny admitted to damaging the truck and the speedboat, but he insisted he wasn’t the one who scraped up Brook Lynn’s SUV.
At the shooting range, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) fired some shots along with Valentin, who tried to steer her attention off Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey).
Valentin made it clear that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was the real villain and blamed him for tormenting Anna.
Since Cullum was dead along with Cassius and Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), Valentin tried to act like Anna was free now.
However, Anna stuck around to keep practicing her shooting and seemed determined to move forward with her deadly Britt trap.
At the Metro Court bar, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) explained how he ended up with Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) as a roommate, so Britt voiced her disapproval for the guy and thought he’d inevitably end up doing something weird.
Anna eventually called Britt and hinted about having more news regarding Cassius’ death.
Britt was eager to hear it, so Anna vowed to give her a meeting spot and examined the bullet holes following her target practice.
After Ava and Drew finished their Brennan burial mission, they sat down at a table at the Metro Court restaurant so they could be seen together for an alibi.
Lucas waltzed over to remind Ava that they’d planned to meet up, so she was apologetic.
Drew and Ava discussed a vague project that they’d been working on, so Ava cryptically hinted about it being a joint effort.
General Hospital spoilers say Ava and Drew will inevitably have some fires to put out as this storyline moves along, so stick with the ABC soap.
