Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers question Greg Vaughan’s future on the CBS soap as Dr. Kial Rollins – could he be leaving the show?
A post the Daytime Emmy winner uploaded on his social media accounts has fans buzzing about what’s next for the actor, so let’s talk about it!
It is pretty cryptic and long, so let’s dive into Vaughan’s message and what it could mean.
The actor uploaded a photo of himself, with a caption that began with, “My heart is full. My purpose is just getting started.”
The caption continued with, “My life, my family, the people who consistently show up, and the lessons that shaped me.”
It went on to read that every challenge Vaughan has faced has turned into preparation.
The soap actor notes that every blessing has turned into perspective. He adds, “I’m simply grateful for how far God has brought me, and excited for everything that’s still ahead.”
Vaughan’s post also stated, “Thank you to everyone who’s been part of my journey. Family. Friends. Fans. Colleagues. Your encouragement has meant more than you know.”
Still, the very last line Vaughan wrote seems to hint at a BTG exit, which was, “Here’s to the next chapter.”
If that wasn’t enough, a comment from a fellow co-star from the CBS soap seemed to add fuel to the fire of speculation.
Robert Christopher Riley, who plays Dr. Carlton Fitzgerald, wrote, “Love and Miss ya buddy.”
Riley has worked very closely with Vaughan in recent months as both men happen to be in a love triangle, vying for Nicole Dupree’s (Daphnee Duplaix) affections.
BTG films about four months ahead of airing, so the fact that Riley wrote, ‘miss ya,’ means a lot.
Then again, maybe Nicole chooses Kial, and Fitzgerald is slated to exit the canvas … you just never know!
What’s even more interesting is Noah Rollins, played by Nick Hagelin, just debuted on the show during the Wednesday, July 22 episode.
Noah is Kial’s son who’s come to Fairmont Crest, which seems to indicate that Kial is settling firmly on the canvas with a family member coming to live with him.
Plus, it also looks like Noah and Deanna McBride (Angela Fairley) could be heading into a romance, so why would Kial exit?
It’s important to note that neither Beyond the Gates nor Vaughan has confirmed his departure as of yet.
The actor joined Beyond the Gates in this recurring role in December 2025.
Vaughan is also known for his time at General Hospital (GH), in the role of Lucky Spencer from 2003 to 2009.
In addition, Vaughan stepped into the part of Eric Brady on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) in 2012; a role he won a Daytime Emmy for in 2018.
Beyond the Gates spoilers suggest that while Kial is a recurring character, he’s offered some exciting and sizzling moments on the show, so it would be sad to see him leave!
