General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) has been dropping some clues on social media about a possible return to the show.
Is Storms reprising her role as Maxie Jones and heading back to Port Charles?
Kirsten Storms recently offered up some hints about her potential comeback in her Instagram stories.
For starters, Storms shared the ABC soap’s weekly preview video and helped hype up fans about this week’s excitement.
Later, Storms also posted the daily preview video for the September 9 episode, so it’s clear that she’s making an effort to give the show a little extra promotion.
Could that be because Storms is coming back to GH or at least wants to?
Even if Storms doesn’t have a return stint locked in yet, she might be hoping to secure one.
Perhaps Storms has decided she’d like to step back into Maxie’s shoes and get involved in the Port Charles drama again.
Maxie was written out along with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and the kids when Spinelli took a job in Australia, but that doesn’t mean they’ll stay out of town forever.
Maxie could at least bring Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher), James West (Gary James Fuller) and Bailey Louise Jones (Miley and Riley Plonski) home for a visit with all their loved ones in PC.
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) would certainly love a chance to see Maxie and the grandchildren.
James could catch up with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) too since Cody is definitely missing him.
Maxie might check in at Deception as well and see how things have been going following her departure.
It’d be interesting to see Maxie walk in on some chaos now that Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) is back and scheming with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).
Even if Maxie doesn’t stick around permanently, it’d be easy for the show to work in her temporary homecoming.
Naturally, it’s also possible that Spinelli could lose or quit his job and end up moving his family back to Port Charles.
