The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the show’s been dropping some grim hints about Jill Abbott’s (last played by Lauren Koslow) future.
Will Y&R give Jill a deadly departure and force Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to mourn after some tough news?
Billy has been shutting Jill out of his life for a while now.
Jill and Billy already had issues, but now he’s even angrier over her hiding all the loan drama and the fact that Chancellor belongs to the Abbotts.
However, viewers haven’t heard Jill’s side of the story!
Billy may be unfairly blaming Jill depending on her version of events, but the bigger concern is Jill’s health and whether she’ll survive any further stress.
Jill has heart problems and spoke rather ominously during her last stint on the show.
Lauren Koslow filled in for Jess Walton back in June, so that led to Jill trying to make amends with Billy and seemingly wanting to do it before it was too late.
Now concerns are arising once again about Jill’s health and how long she might have left to live.
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) made it seem like Jill had one foot in the grave based on her comments in the September 24 episode.
Despite Billy’s desire to keep Jill away and preserve his happy wedding day, he relented after Traci’s persuasive argument.
With Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) baby set to be born shortly after the nuptials, that was something Traci highlighted.
Traci made it clear that Billy would regret it if he robbed Jill of what could be her only opportunity to hold the new grandchild.
During an emotional discussion, Traci also reflected on one of Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) final moments with her and was hopeful about Billy making a positive memory to carry with him, too.
There’s no denying that Y&R’s making things seem awfully bleak when it comes to Jill and what’s ahead.
Of course, it’s possible it’ll just be a near-death experience.
Jill might come close to dying and shake Billy up enough to truly reconcile with her.
It’s also possible that a major death is looming if the show opts to kill Jill off.
It could put an end to any scheduling drama with Jess Walton and the need for any recast arrangements.
