The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) may be moving into Melissa Dylan’s (Sydney Bullock) orbit for an important reason.
Dylan might end up playing a big role in how Daphne and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) start a family depending on where the story goes from here.
It was strange when Daphne tracked Dylan down out of the blue to discuss a new assistant position.
It hasn’t been that long since Dylan took the receptionist gig at Forrester Creations, so why is B&B already changing things up and making her Daphne’s assistant?
It seems like a way to potentially bring Dylan closer to Daphne and maybe even establish a friendship between them.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) recommended Dylan to Daphne, so they both seem excited about Dylan tackling this assistant job.
Dylan will no doubt bond with Daphne, who might even uncover Dylan’s link to Remy Pryce (Christan Weissmann) and keep quiet somewhere down the line. B&B already had a close call in the May 6 episode when Daphne nearly saw Remy in the wardrobe area.
Daphne might understand Dylan’s dilemma if they develop a friendship and see why she’d want to conceal her Remy connection.
Regardless, there’ll surely be opportunities for Daphne and Dylan to form a connection of their own.
With that in mind, could all this be building to a surrogacy twist that involves Dylan?
Despite Carter’s attempt to stay positive about all the negative pregnancy tests, there must be a reason why Daphne is having trouble conceiving.

When there’s a character who actually wants to get pregnant and can’t, something else has to be going on.
There’s a good chance Daphne and Carter will face an infertility story, which could lead to surrogacy becoming their path to a family.
If that’s the case, Dylan might volunteer to carry a baby for Carter and Daphne.
Dylan’s assistant role might turn into a new one that involves assisting with Daphne and Carter bringing a child into the world!
