The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, August 28, reveal that Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) will come clean about something that leaves Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) squirming.
John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will also make some promises as he envisions a better future with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
For starters, Daphne will talk to Carter about their relationship and how glad she is that they were able to get things back on track.
Although Daphne will remain apologetic for nearly bailing on her husband, Carter is hiding a far bigger blunder.
Carter and Steffy’s booze-fueled passionate encounter will continue to haunt them both on Friday’s show.
Once Daphne confesses that she models their marriage after Steffy and Finn’s, Carter will squirm and wish he could undo his worst mistake.
However, Carter can’t turn back time, so he’ll just have to suffer with the guilt he’s feeling and hope that Steffy keeps her word about staying silent.
At the cliff house, Steffy will remain withdrawn and leave Finn feeling like she’s still upset over what happened in Monaco.
Finn will once again express how sorry he is and hope that Steffy believes him when he says he’s completely devoted to her.
Since Finn didn’t tell Steffy the truth right away, Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) presence in Monaco totally blindsided his wife.
Finn will reiterate that things are going to be different when it comes to Sheila and will vow complete honesty from now on.
Steffy is already an emotional wreck, but she’ll feel even worse as Finn keeps beating himself up over his part in their marriage struggles.
Finn will predict that better days are ahead and insist that nothing in their future can ever come between them.
Carter and Steffy’s secret will push them to a critical point on Friday’s B&B episode.
Since Steffy promised Carter that she’d bury their cheating, she may officially forgive Finn and insist she just wants to move forward.
Of course, it’s also possible Steffy could spill her betrayal and try to keep Carter’s name out of the story, but it’d be better to drag out the drama and leave him in the dark on everything for now.
