The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) has been bonding with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) over this whole Logan situation, so it feels like they’ve become friends at this point.
That could lead to Zende sticking up for Dylan once she’s shown the door at Forrester Creations.
In B&B’s October 8 episode, Dylan questioned Zende about how things went at his Logan meeting.
Zende filled Dylan in and opened up about Katie Logan Spencer’s (Heather Tom) job offer, which left him unsure of his next move.
Despite that uncertainty, Zende seemed pleased to get the pitch and know he was wanted.
Dylan also scored praise for convincing Zende to take the meeting at all since he never would’ve gone otherwise.
Of course, Zende and Dylan didn’t realize Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) was listening through the ajar door!
Electra heard all about Dylan’s betrayal, so she ratted her out to Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) immediately.
Now Dylan seems poised to get fired, so Zende may feel that’s unfair.
It’s true that Dylan was trying to pass Katie’s loyalty test, but she merely convinced Zende to go talk to her along with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Zende may not consider that something Dylan should be given the boot for.
This may add to Zende’s negative view of the leadership at Forrester Creations and make him more inclined to ditch his family’s company.
However, Zende may have some conditions if Katie wants to welcome him to her fashion house.
Perhaps Zende will make a counteroffer and insist he’s going to need a little more from his new boss.
Now that Zende has bonded with Dylan, maybe he could insist on her getting a Logan job, too.
Zende may declare that they’re a package deal now and push Katie to take it or leave it.
Plus, Zende might bring some intel to the table and blab about the new Electra youth line that Forrester is working on.
If Logan is going to compete with that, they need to get something similar underway soon.
Zende might propose a Dylan line at Logan and name himself the lead designer of it.
This would set the stage for another major rivalry, but only if Katie can get past her Dylan issues enough to hire her.
Katie would have some incentive to do that if hiring Dylan is the only way Zende’s willing to accept a position at Logan.
It’d be nice to see Zende stand up for Dylan and band together with her following this Forrester fiasco.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Katie may have some big decisions to make soon, so stay tuned for any important hiring news to come.
