The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers preview video for the week of September 14-18 reveals that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will come up with a risky plan to cover up the truth about his night with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and give Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) the baby she’s longing for.
B&B’s weekly promo kicks off with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) voicing concerns about Steffy and her strange behavior.
After speaking with Steffy, Taylor will turn to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and admit she’s worried about their daughter.
Taylor will insist Steffy just seems off, so she may fear Steffy still isn’t over what happened in Monaco.
In reality, Steffy is pregnant and reeling over the possibility of her whole world blowing up.
The weekly preview video shows Steffy telling John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) there’s something he needs to know.
However, Steffy will either back out of confessing or get interrupted.
At Forrester Creations, Daphne will talk to Ridge and Taylor about her issues when it comes to using a surrogate.
Ridge will wonder if it really matters who’s helping Daphne get the baby she wants, but Daphne will just wish it was someone they knew they could trust.
As for Carter, he’ll have a lightbulb moment and realize he may have a solution to the baby drama that’s erupted with Steffy.
“I have a way out of this situation for all of us,” Carter says in the show’s weekly promo.
It’s easy to see that Carter’s going to push Steffy to tackle this surrogate role and just pretend she went through all the proper steps to make that happen.
Carter will contend that no one has to know Steffy got pregnant from their one-night stand instead.
Of course, that’s assuming that Carter is the father!
It’s possible Finn could be the bio dad instead, but it’s looking more like B&B is about to eliminate him as an option.
Steffy might admit she had a dry spell in the bedroom with Finn before Monaco since he was exhausted from extra hospital shifts or something along those lines.
Maybe Steffy hasn’t hit the sheets with Finn in a while and will confess there’s no way he’s the father of her unborn child.
Regardless, Carter will seem certain he’s the bio dad when he makes this surrogacy pitch to Steffy.
It looks like Steffy will go along with Carter’s idea, so the plan will be to hand this baby over to Daphne and let her raise him or her with Carter after the birth.
