The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) preview video for the week of September 28-October 2 reveals that Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) will put Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) in a tricky situation at work by sending her to recruit Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz).
It’ll be the only way Katie will even think about accepting Dylan’s place in Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) life.
B&B’s weekly promo kicks off with a kiss between Dylan and Will, who just got into another argument with Katie over his new relationship.
Katie tried to forbid Will from being with Dylan, but that’s obviously not her call to make.
Since Will isn’t backing down, Katie will decide to give Dylan a bit of a loyalty test.
Dylan works at Forrester Creations and could pass along a Logan pitch to Zende, so Katie will spell out what she expects Dylan to do.
Later, Katie will fill Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) in on the job she’s given Dylan.
Hope will find out that Dylan has been tasked with talking to Zende and apparently getting him on board with trading fashion houses.
“If she wants any kind of acceptance from me, she better come through,” Katie declares in B&B’s weekly preview video.
Next, Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) will drop some hints to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) about the remarkable woman who’s been found to serve as the surrogate.
Daphne may not divulge Steffy’s name until Steffy’s ready to tell Brooke and Ridge what’s going on, but she’ll definitely play up how amazing it’ll be if it all works out.
Of course, Steffy will be busy telling Carter that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) advised against the surrogacy and left town for his medical conference.
Carter will stand by the plan to make everyone believe Steffy is the egg donor and surrogate, but Steffy still won’t see how this is going to work.
“There is no way! People are going to figure this out!” Steffy warns Carter in the weekly preview video.
Carter will still feel like they can sell this surrogacy lie if they’re careful and work hard enough.
However, Carter will stress the importance of doing this now since there’s no time to waste.
