The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that one of its former stars, Colleen Zenk, was arrested for a DUI recently, which marks the third time this has happened since April 2010.
Fans may recall that Zenk played villainess extraordinaire, Jordan Howard, who tortured the Newman family from November 2023 to January 2025.
The soap opera veteran was also on As the World Turns (ATWT), playing Barbara Ryan from September 1978, all the way until the daytime drama aired its last episode in September 2010.
Zenk was in Naples, Florida, in May when she was arrested for a DUI that resulted in “damage to property or person of another.”
She also had a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or higher, which is above the legal limit of 0.08.
As per reports stemming from the offices of the Collier County Sheriff and County Clerk, Zenk was booked on Friday, May 15, at 7:35 p.m.
She has two charges of misdemeanor, with a $1,000 bond for each.
A witness at the scene when Zenk was arrested told authorities that the woman backed out of a handicap parking spot and ended up crashing into another car.
With that said, she left the scene of the crime but was eventually stopped by the police.
When Zenk was asked to step out of her car, the actress stumbled.
She did admit to having two glasses of wine at an establishment known as the Bar Tulia.
Zenk agreed to a series of field sobriety questions; however, had a difficult time when it came to balancing, as well as other tasks. She was then arrested.
To boot, after two breath samples were taken, it was revealed that one was a BAC of 0.192 and the other read at a BAC of 0.206.
A bond was posted for Zenk on Saturday, May 16, and she went to court on Wednesday, June 10.
She entered a plea of ‘not guilty’, and the actress’s pre-trial will start on Wednesday, July 29.
The Young and the Restless spoilers note that it’s been a hot minute since Jordan has been on canvas, and Zenk played her flawlessly, but with these DUI charges, it may be some time before the actress is asked to return from the show.
