The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Monday, June 1, reveals that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will have an overwhelming experience at Noah Newman’s (Lucas Adams) new club, which will be a replica of Matt and Sienna Bacall’s (Tamara Braun) old one in Los Angeles.
At the Newman ranch, Matt will cry alone in the workout room and wonder who he really is.
As Matt’s frustration erupts on Monday’s Y&R episode, he’ll whack the punching bag and try to make sense of his life.
Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will feel confident Matt’s memory loss is legit after looking him in the eye.
Noah will eventually pitch an idea about how to jog Matt’s memory so he can face real retribution.
That’ll lead to Noah showing Nick and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) The Shadow Room replica that he’s secretly been working on in Genoa City.
Noah will think if they bring Matt there, he might remember his past.
Sienna will be summoned to this new version of The Shadow Room as well, so she’ll admit it’s unnerving once she walks in.
Noah will assure Sienna that he wants to erase her bad memories of the place and replace them with good ones.
Sienna will find out about Noah’s plan to help jog Matt’s memory and worry that’ll make Matt more of a threat.
However, Noah will suggest that if Matt’s going to face justice, he needs to remember what he’s done.
Nick will eventually collect Matt from the ranch and bring him to The Shadow room replica.
Matt won’t recognize the place at first, but then he’ll get overwhelmed over some disjointed flashes of Nick, Sharon, Sienna, Noah and Victor at the bar.
Noah will think Matt’s starting to remember as Matt stands there looking uneasy over The Shadow Room memories that are coming back to him.
At the Newman ranch again, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will push Victor and Nikki to make amends instead of awkwardly interacting like polite strangers.
After Victoria stomps off, Nikki will admit she’d do anything to make things right between them.
Victor will suggest that if that’s true, Nikki needs to give up her friendship with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Victor’s ultimatum will force Nikki to choose between Jack and her husband, so she’ll mutter about Victor being unbelievable after he saunters out.
Once Nikki faces another headache, she’ll take more medication and seem unsteady on her feet.
At Society, Jack will arrive to find Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) in the midst of some wedding planning.
After Sally leaves, Jack will admit to Billy that he’s concerned Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) may have played a role in Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) disappearance.
Billy will admit Patty hinted to him about dealing with Diane if she got in the way, so Jack will be even more worried.
Jack will hope he’s fretting for nothing, but he’ll mention hiring a private investigator to find Diane and hopefully give him some peace of mind.
Once the conversation shifts to Billy’s happiness with Sally and the marriage ceremony they’re having in the fall, he’ll ask Jack to be his best man.
Jack will happily agree to Billy’s request before embracing his brother.
At the park café, Sally will talk to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) about waiting for the other shoe to drop since everything is going so well in her life.
Audra will acknowledge that bad things might happen, but what matters is choosing the right people and getting through the storms together.
Sally will realize Audra’s right since she’s chosen Billy and believes in their future, so she’ll resume wedding planning and get optimistic again.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy and Sally could indeed face some surprising obstacles down the road, so stay tuned for any shocking news to come.
CDL will have other hot Young and the Restless spoilers and news to read up on, so check back regularly for more Y&R info.
