The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, October 5 to 23, reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will reel over some Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) revelations.
Also, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will voice her strong opinion regarding Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) soon-to-be wife.
Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo) will be in town for the wedding, so let’s discuss what’s ahead on the CBS soap.
The week of October 5-9 will bring some pre-wedding excitement in Genoa City.
Between Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) bachelorette celebration and Billy’s bachelor party, there are sure to be some fun moments.
Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) will also make it to GC in time for Sally’s bash, but there’ll be some shocker that threatens to derail the gathering.
It could be related to growing worries about Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) since she’ll give Matt the slip after crashing his vehicle and make end up making Genoa City her destination again.
Matt will have a difficult realization about Patty in the aftermath of her bold move, so he may scramble to get back to GC and prevent more horror.
As for Billy and Sally, they find a reason to clash shortly before they’re set to tie the knot.
That could be about Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) attendance since Sally has agreed to let him be Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) plus one.
After Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) figures out Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has a secret and repeatedly pushes her to divulge it, will Lily cave in and tell him about her potential cancer return?
The week of October 12-16 could bring Cane’s support for Lily if she’s willing to divulge what she’s up against.
Regardless, Lily’s test results should be in soon, so she’ll find out whether her cancer has truly made a comeback or not.
Next, Sally will have a happy reunion with “Grams” aka Shirley, who’ll be thrilled to watch her granddaughter tie the knot.
Ashley and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will also do some clashing as Billy and Sally prepare to get hitched.
Traci may defend Sally as a good influence on Billy, but Ashley won’t be so sure she’s the right woman for him.
Whether Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow) makes it to the nuptials or not, Billy has drama ahead.
Between Adam’s presence and whatever shockers Patty might deliver by crashing, there’ll be plenty of ways for this event to go wrong.
Sally will inevitably go into labor, so Y&R may arrange for Adam to guide Sally through giving birth to her baby.
As for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), he’ll have a police mess on his hands due to the whole situation with Joe (Chris Grant Wenchall), but Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will work to protect him.
The week of October 19-23 will bring more chances for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) secret to land in jeopardy.
Kyle and Victoria will take some unnecessary risks that could lead to trouble.
Phyllis is awfully nosy and could potentially become a problem for Victoria as well as Kyle.
Since Phyllis will have a mountain of loan debt following the purchase of the GCAC and office across from Newman Tower, the show could be setting up a blackmail story.
Of course, Phyllis will also have to cope with whatever might happen to Matt due to his heroic Patty plot.
If Matt doesn’t survive, that news could certainly hit Phyllis hard and leave her grieving in the coming weeks.
