The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that some big story developments are in the works. The show’s going to deliver some excitement and push multiple Genoa City residents to their breaking points.

Here are some characters that may go off the rails with disastrous results in the coming months.
1) Billy
Let’s face it: Billy is always going to be at the top of any total spinout list! That’s because Billy causes chaos wherever he goes and frequently has plans that end in catastrophe.
Billy likes to think he can be a winner, but he tends to wind up the loser in almost any situation.
Since Billy typically crashes and burns, there are good reasons to worry his latest Chancellor takeover won’t work out for long.
Even if Billy manages to pull off a short-lived victory, Y&R may yank his precious prize away from him again sooner or later.
If Billy loses Chancellor once more, it could launch the meltdown of the century and leave him spinning out in a big way.
2) Victoria
As for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), she may blow up her own life through her growing bond with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Kyle and Victoria appear to be on the verge of a romance that could launch a whole lot of trouble.
Victoria’s spinout may come in the form of losing all control of her emotions and potentially landing in bed with Kyle.
From there, things could get even worse if the scandalous news leaks to Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and others around GC.
3) Christian
Christian Newman (last played by Alex Wilson) may not be on-screen at the moment, but all signs point to that changing soon.
It feels like the show may be gearing up for the debut of a teenage Christian recast.
There’s a good chance Christian is about to enter his rebellious teen phase and start becoming more problematic.
Christian may land at the center of some Newman conflict and emergencies, so stay tuned to see how bad his spinout might get.
4) Matt
Although Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) intends to prove himself and earn forgiveness, it seems likely he’ll regress and become a monstrous nightmare again sooner or later.
Y&R may not be able to get much more mileage out of Matt’s attempt at redemption.
This autumn could bring another shift for Matt and perhaps lead him back down the path of destruction.
