First things first, the moment fans have been waiting for this past week will finally arrive during Y&R’s Monday, July 20 episode.
Nikki will head to the doctor’s office to remove her eye bandages and find out if she can see.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be by her side during the entire time, so at least she’ll have his support.
Doctors have noted there’s a chance Nikki won’t regain her vision right away, and there is no concrete timeline on when she will see again.
As such, fans can expect that the doctors may say it’ll still take time before she can see. Only time will tell.
Meanwhile, Nikk’s son, Nick, will still be reeling from Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) meltdown in the Shadow Room during the Friday, July 17 episode.
Matt got bombarded by Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) after he saw the amnesiac talking to Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) at the bar.
Matt’s frustration got the better of him when he realized no one would ever forgive him or trust him in Genoa City and declared he was leaving town.
During Monday’s show, Nick will tell Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) that he’s done with Matt’s games and wants to get rid of him, for good.
Will Nick cross a line? Matt saved his life, after all!
Lastly, Diane will still fret about the danger Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) poses.
The police haven’t been able to locate the man, and Diane isn’t wrong to worry about him lurking in the shadows.
He did kidnap her and held her hostage!
Added Y&R teasers suggest that Diane will think about reaching out to Dr. Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins).
Markham had all of Alan Laurent’s (Christopher Cousins) books in his home, and as Martin is Alan’s twin brother, maybe he can add some insight into where Markham could be hiding.
The Young and the Restless spoilers note that Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) might be the one who ends up reaching out, since the two had a connection, so fans will need to tune in to the CBS soap to see what happens next!
