The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 13 to July 24, reveal that fans will see some big developments in Genoa City. Y&R has some hot drama in store, so let’s discuss what’s coming up.
During the week of July 13-17, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will skip the chance to join forces with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) for revenge on Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) since he’ll feel obligated to put his family with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) first.
Speaking of Sally, she’ll launch some fierce accusations at Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) since she’ll assume they’re targeting Spectra-Charles.
In reality, it’ll be Victor who wants to go after Sally’s business to get Newman Media back.
Adam will have another idea in mind, but negotiating with Victor won’t be an easy task!
Other Y&R spoilers say Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will cry with relief once she comes home to the Abbott mansion and processes everything she’s been through.
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will encourage Diane to let it all out as she comforts her.
As for Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway), she’ll hint to a still hospitalized Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about Devon Winters (Bryton James) going through a rough patch and will seem like she’s struggling with that.
Back with Victor, he’ll clash with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) over what he views as a betrayal.
Nikki may lash out over Patty Williams’ (Stacy Haiduk) actions and hold Victor partially responsible since he pushed her in Jack’s direction.
Victor may think Nikki is just siding with Jack as usual, but she may argue that she has a good reason to since he was attacked!
Nikki will end up visiting Jack in the hospital, but the tension with Victor won’t last too long.
It turns out Victor and Nikki will get on the same page later about a new beginning, so it sounds like they’ll try to let their issues go.
However, Nikki will continue to fret over Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) drug addiction and the potential for a relapse.
While Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) take a moment to reflect on Cole Howard’s (J. Eddie Peck) memory, Kyle will be busy surprising Patty in her jail cell.
Kyle may urge Patty to turn on her former ally by exposing Victor’s kidnapping scheme and yacht drama to the cops.
Then again, there may be some other angle Kyle tries to work, but getting Patty to cooperate may be a tall order.
At The Shadow Room, Matt Clark’s (Roger Howard) presence will once again rile up Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and create issues with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun).
Sienna might wind up being a little more sympathetic to Matt and spar with Noah as a result.
Meanwhile, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will have some concerns about Devon, so they’ll join Abby in wishing they could do something to help him.
The week of July 20-24 could make matters worse for Devon if he finds out Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) release is imminent or gets blindsided when he spots her as a free woman.
Either way, Mariah’s freedom is indeed in the works, so it won’t be long until she’s out of her psychiatric facility and dealing with Devon’s anger again.
As for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), he may get in touch with the orthopedic surgeon that Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) recommended and see if fixing his hand enough to perform surgery again is a real option.
Meanwhile, Nikki’s eye bandages may finally come off. It could leave Nikki disheartened if her vision doesn’t return right away, but she may get family support and reassurance that it could still come back in time.
Nikki may lean on Victor as they try to repair their marriage while Nick worries about his mom and faces more drug temptation.
