The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, August 31 to September 18, reveal that temptation will prove impossible to resist.
There’ll also be more vacation issues along with some schemes that can only end in disaster.
The week of August 31-September 4 will bring some stunning Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) developments since it looks like their shady partnership will be in full swing.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will breathe a sigh of relief once she scores a secret meeting with Matt and sees that he’s still alive.
The Newmans didn’t wipe Matt off the map, but Matt may fear that could change if he doesn’t strike back.
As for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), she’ll face a medical crisis that’ll leave her fearing her unborn child is in jeopardy.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be present for Sally’s terrifying baby scare and may experience a priority shift as a result.
Since Billy will go to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) with some startling news, he might surrender his Chancellor fight – at least until after this baby arrives safely in the world.
Sally may have some pregnancy issues to keep a closer eye on, but she’ll hopefully get confirmation that her little one is OK for the time being.
Y&R fans will also see plenty of drama at Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) rehab clinic.
It appears Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) may clash with Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow), who’ll pull Nick into a rather scandalous-looking ordeal.
Marie might plant a kiss on Nick or even offer him drugs if she finds the stash she was after.
Whatever the case, Sharon won’t be pleased if she witnesses something troubling.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will also deal with some surprising mayhem in Tahiti.
Patty can be one crafty character, so there’s a chance she’ll have a hand in that.
As for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), he’ll have the procedure done on his hand and hope that it leads to him performing surgeries of his own again soon.
During the week of September 7-11, Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will drive Nate home from the hospital as promised.
Nate and Stephanie might also wind up locking lips, especially if Dr. Price feels confident the surgery will result in Nate’s full range of motion.
As for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), they won’t be able to control their burning desires for each other.
That means Kyle and Victoria are about to strip down for more passion despite how risky this is.
The week of September 14-18 may bring some close calls for Victoria and Kyle.
It’ll be interesting to see who might pick up on any clues along the way and watch the secretive lovers try to put out any fires.
As for Phyllis, she could be in growing danger if Matt is reverting to the previous version of himself.
Will Phyllis get in over her head with Matt and realize she may have put too much faith in his clean slate?
Finally, Billy may attempt to concentrate on Sally, their baby and the wedding that’s coming up.
However, Billy’s craving for Chancellor control could easily creep back in and cause another round of chaos.
