The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, August 20, reveal that someone special will pop up at the nightclub.
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will also disagree with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), so they have a work-related argument on the way.
Now that Chelsea and Adam are in charge of Newman Media again, they’ll apparently stay late and focus on what’s next for the company.
However, Adam and Chelsea won’t have the same perspective on a tricky topic.
Since Y&R spoilers say Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will make a bold move against Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) by the end of the week, he may ask Adam and Chelsea to carry it out.
Victor will apparently want to make everyone question whether Billy has any kind of legitimate claim to Chancellor.
Perhaps Victor will order Adam and Chelsea to run a story that makes Billy look like an obsessed nutjob.
That story could involve trashing the Abbott family too and wind up tarnishing John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) legacy.
Chelsea may strike back if Adam wants to follow Victor’s orders on this, but he may insist they’re already on thin ice for going behind his back to pay Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Speaking of Sally, she’ll find out about Billy’s discovery and how he’s in the process of taking over Chancellor.
Sally will feel like revenge is at the heart of Billy’s mission and will worry about his fixation driving him off the rails.
Of course, Billy will defend his victory and push Sally to be happy for him, but she’ll have a bad feeling about the road he’s headed down.
Terrible news could be brewing, so Sally will fret to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) about that as well.
At The Shadow Room, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will feel like she deserves to have some fun after all the chaos the Abbotts have endured lately.
Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) will agree with Traci when they cross paths at the club.
It turns out Nina Webster (Tricia Cast) will come back to town and enjoy a night out at The Shadow Room as well.
