The Young and the Restless (Y&R) update for Tuesday, August 11, says that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow) will do some dangerous bonding while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) faces a shocker.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will also need someone to lean on, so here’s what Y&R fans can look forward to.
Since Victoria still won’t be able to get in touch with Nick, she’ll worry about all the horrible things that could go wrong.
Victoria may fear that by the time they find out Nick’s location, he’ll be an overdosed corpse somewhere.
After Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) spies Victoria looking weepy, he’ll offer a sympathetic ear.
Victoria will indeed open up to Kyle and accept the comforting hug he pulls her into.
Something big will shift between Kyle and Victoria during their scenes on Crimson Lights’ patio.
Victoria and Kyle will find themselves tempted to kiss as they realize there’s a surprising attraction between them.
Meanwhile, Marie will invite herself in Nick’s motel room and shut down his attempt at solitude.
As far as Marie’s concerned, they’ll both have a much better time if Nick lets her stick around for some drug sharing.
It looks like Nick will indeed share his pills with Marie, who’ll give him support – even if it’s not really the right kind.
Marie will form a fast connection with Nick, so he’ll end up spinning out on drugs again once she encourages him to do more.
Over with Devon Winters (Bryton James), it appears he’ll speak with Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) about an idea that he feels will improve his life.
Devon will be looking for a total transformation, so he’ll decide to do something big and bold.
Since Devon will spill some unexpected news to Lily and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), this might involve his recent clues about potentially giving up most of his fortune.
Lily and the twins may get a good chunk of it along with Nate before Devon donates to good causes, too.
Devon will surely save enough to live comfortably with Abby and Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark), but he may feel like giving up most of his inheritance is the path to healing.
