The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of April 27-May 1 indicate that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) will cause more problems while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) stir up trouble of their own.
Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will also get fed up, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
After Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) test results prove he can be Malcolm Winters’ (Shemar Moore) bone marrow donor, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will be relieved over the match and thankful Cane suggested getting tested.
Over with Abby, she’ll lay down the law with Devon since his behavior has gone too far.
Devon will fume after learning Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) plea deal will stay intact, but Abby will warn him to stop fixating on this and dial down his rage.
In Las Vegas, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will become a key player in the drama happening at the gas station, where Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will lose consciousness after he arrives with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Sienna may show up with Narcan that can reverse the effects of Nick’s overdose since she’ll find out where Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) hiding spot is thanks to Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani).
Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will walk free, but Sienna’s heroic efforts won’t be enough to erase Sharon’s doubts about who she’s actually loyal to.
Sienna may face more accusations when it comes to Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and whether she might be part of his tricks.
Matt won’t be done going after the Newmans, but he may wait a bit to carry out his next plot.
In the meantime, Victor will reunite with Nick following his ordeal and pressure his son to confess his addiction.
Victor will also continue to play hardball with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) when it comes to his company demand and the prison corner he’s backed her into.
Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) will face off with Phyllis and perhaps make it clear that she’ll indeed move forward with prosecuting her based on the new evidence.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will do a little more strategizing against Phyllis and stick to her takedown goal.
Other Y&R spoilers say Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will ramp up the romance in his relationship with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), who’ll be showered with affection and swept up in Billy’s charm.
Elsewhere, Jack will apparently move ahead with the “nuclear option” of making Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) believe she’s driving him into Nikki’s arms for a romantic reunion.
Nikki should manipulate Victor too as she works with Jack to make their spouses jealous enough to take them back.
Of course, there’s no guarantee the plan will pay off, but Jack and Nikki have tried everything else!
Finally, Patty will cross paths with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and provoke him. Patty knows how to mess with people’s heads, so Kyle will be her latest victim.
