The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will struggle to move on with his life. Kevin thought he was going to have it all. He was ready to marry Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and build a beautiful life together. Kevin was particularly excited about adopting Bella (Gia Poeme). He’s developed quite a bond with Chloe’s little girl.
Of course, we still don’t have any solid answers about Bella’s paternity. Chloe gave us some options thanks to her actions before her pregnancy. The Young and the Restless fans will recall that Chloe stole Billy’s (Jason Thompson) sperm sample in hopes of replacing the child she lost. Delia’s (Sophie Pollono) death devastated Chloe and it’s the reason she went down such a dark path.
However, Chloe also enjoyed one last bedroom romp with Kevin before she left town. The paternity test seemingly ruled out Kevin, but The Young and the Restless watchers know that you can never really trust DNA results in Genoa City. Kevin could still be the “baby daddy” if the test was tampered with. It’s even possible that someone else out there is the father.
Whatever the case, this Y&R storyline will be heating up in time for May sweeps. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Billy and Kevin will be hit with some painful memories. It sounds like Delia’s death will be on their minds. The loss affected both men in a big way.
Several characters have mentioned that Bella looks lot like Delia, so Chloe’s plan might’ve worked like a charm. She may have had the replacement daughter she was hoping for. If Billy learns he’s been kept in the dark about his kid, it’s certainly going to cause drama.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say this news could affect Billy’s love life as well. Whether he ends up with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) or Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), adding an extra toddler to the mix could get interesting. On the other hand, what’s Kevin going to do if they don’t make Bella his baby? Now that Chloe’s gone, his plot has dried up.
If Bella is revealed as Kevin’s child, he would have a glimmer of hope for the future. Kevin would feel like he got back a piece of the family he lost. Regardless, the paternity revelation should have Young and the Restless viewers buzzing.
