Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that viewers are in store for an exciting comeback. Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will be seen once again on canvas during new Days episodes the week of August 13th. We last saw Andre briefly when Kate (Lauren Koslow) had a vision of him speaking to her from the dead.
Andre’s upcoming return will also be brief and in the form of Kate’s vision. Kate’s got a lot going on right now, and she could use a little advice. She’s being blackmailed by Stefan (Tyler Christopher), who is threatening to expose her involvement in Leo’s (Greg Rikaart) sexual harassment case against Sonny (Freddie Smith). Stefan’s forcing her to steal confidential business information from Chad (Billy Flynn) so that Stefan can wipe out Titan.
And now Kate has teamed up with Gabi (Camila Banus) to bring down Stefan. As part of that teaming, Kate learned that Gabi switched Abigail’s (Marci Miller) paternity test results so that everyone would think that Chad’s baby is actually Stefan’s. Kate really cares about Chad, and it’s killing her to keep this secret from him.
That’s a lot for Kate to process and deal with all at once. Will Andre appear to Kate as a purveyor of wisdom and offer some advice on how she can cope with everything she’s caught up in? Kate would probably like a magic solution to her problem with Stefan, so maybe Andre can offer some advice on how she should best deal with his brother.
Or maybe Andre will offer some advice to Kate about helping Gabi work against Abigail. After all, Abigail killed Andre, and he may tell Kate that helping Gabi get revenge on Abigail is justified in a way. Kate would probably like to hear that she’s made a reasonable choice in working with Gabi.
Andre may also have a few words for Kate about her new beau, Ted (Gilles Marini). Kate may be feeling a little guilty about moving on so quickly with Ted after Andre’s death. Andre might reassure her that she needs to move on with her life. But knowing Andre, he may have some biting criticism about her choice of mate. After all, Ted’s pretty devious.
