The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Zoe Hardisty (Anna Grace Barlow) could cause some serious problems for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). She claims she doesn’t hold any grudges about what happened that night in New York, and that may be true. However, it doesn’t mean Zoe won’t find some new grudges. When she does, she’s going to have some ammo!
Y&R fans can expect Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) to face some drama as well. He deserves it for trying to stir the pot with Zoe. Theo’s the reason Zoe ever came to town, but he may regret bringing her into the picture down the road. What’s The Young and the Restless’ endgame for Zoe? They obviously have a reason for keeping her around, so let’s consider what might play out from here.
For starters, Zoe’s quite the little mingler. She’s been making the rounds and seems to have a particular interest in Summer. That may be mostly due to Theo’s focus on Summer since Zoe’s got the hots for him, too. Maybe Zoe thinks she can find Summer’s magic formula to shift the focus to her.
Zoe’s been playing nice for the most part, but that could change after Summer lashes out and Theo backs her up. We could see Zoe’s dark side start to emerge. After all, Zoe pitched the idea of sabotaging the Grand Phoenix event to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). This chick is a definite troublemaker, so riling her up isn’t a good idea – especially when she knows too much.
It’d be great to see Zoe be a full-blown nutjob. Y&R could stand to have a crazy character, especially one that’s disposable like Zoe. They don’t have to preserve her as a viable love interest or worry about her future. Zoe exists to simply cause drama, so let her do it! This story could certainly use some since the “big secret” was rather tame. Driving a drunk girl to the hospital doesn’t seem all that outrageous.
Perhaps the next phase could take a far worse turn. If Y&R really wanted to grab viewers’ attention, they could kill Zoe off. Kyle and Theo saved Zoe’s life that night, so it’d be an interesting twist for her to die in some shocking incident now. We don’t think Theo’s a murderer, but he’d definitely cover up an accidental death – and could push Kyle to keep quiet.
It’s worth mentioning that Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will be looking into a major scandal soon, so you never know. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Paul’s investigation will bring some chaos. There’ll be some bombshells ahead no matter what crime that’s tied to, so don’t miss all the action.
