The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Monday, March 28, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was willing to sacrifice for Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) safety while Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) grilled Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
At home on Monday’s B&B episode, Steffy woke up late and realized Finn already got the kids out of the house with Amelia (Nicola Posener).
Finn could see that Steffy was still on edge over Thomas and whatever he had going on with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), but he suggested asking her brother at the office later.
In the meantime, Steffy and Finn shared some passionate kisses in bed.
Although Steffy still had a bad feeling about Thomas’ situation, Finn offered reassurance and later reflected on their love story.
Steffy and Finn talked about how he walked into her life when she landed at the hospital.
Finn then reminded Steffy that when he proposed, he said he was in it for the long haul and meant it.
B&B showed a flashback of Finn proposing to Steffy – and there was eventually one of Hayes Forrester Finnegan’s (Piper Harriot) birth as well.
Steffy suggested things would only get better from here, so Finn insisted that his family was so precious to him.
Finn added that he’d sacrifice anything to keep Steffy happy and safe.
They agreed that Steffy would go to Thomas and tell her there was no reason to hide the truth from her.
At Forrester Creations, Thomas was upset over yet another call from Sheila and wanted her to lay off.
They bickered over whether Thomas would keep the secret of Sheila sabotaging Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) until he angrily hung up.
Ridge and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) came in around that time, so they wondered if everything was OK.
Thomas downplayed it and acted like it was nothing that Ridge could help with.
However, Ridge suggested that if Thomas thought someone could benefit from whatever he was doing, then it was worth the risk.
After Carter headed to a meeting, Thomas thought back to how his family had been there during his tough times.
Thomas wanted to make sure Ridge and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) ended up happy, so Ridge was confused by what Thomas meant.
Thomas clarified that he just wanted to see his parents together and fulfilled. He insisted that Ridge could count on him.
After Brooke flashed back to her recent dream of dancing with Ridge, Eric Forrester (John McCook) showed up to see her.
Brooke admitted she set Ridge free and then tried to fix it. She said she practically begged Ridge to come back and added that she couldn’t lose him.
Eric was pleased to hear that Brooke hadn’t had any new urges to drink.
Even so, Brooke was puzzled over why her desire was so strong that particular night.
Eric didn’t want to see Brooke making her pain worse with all the guilt.
Eric argued that Brooke and Ridge shared a unique, powerful bond that would never be broken.
Eric felt certain that Ridge was Brooke’s soulmate and that he’d ultimately come back to her.
In Sheila’s hotel room, she looked at pics of Hayes and Finn on her phone until Steffy showed up at the door.
Steffy angrily entered and declared that she knew what Sheila was up to.
As Steffy quizzed Sheila about her agenda, Sheila acted like she wanted what was best for all of them: for Taylor and Ridge to be reunited.
Sheila wanted that for Taylor and said she wasn’t the enemy here.
Sheila added that Steffy had no idea what she’d do to bring her family together.
Sheila already felt like she was part of that family through Finn and Hayes, but Steffy vehemently disagreed.
Steffy warned that Sheila wasn’t part of their lives – that she wasn’t family and wasn’t her mother’s friend.
From Steffy’s perspective, the best thing Sheila could do would be to just leave and stay away from all of them.
Steffy said that included Thomas and mentioned how she spotted him with Sheila in the alley behind Il Giardino.
Sheila demanded to know what was going on between Sheila and her brother.
