General Hospital Tuesday, June 23 Recap: Drew Blinks Willow’s Criminal Takedown to Joe

General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, June 23, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) took advantage of an opportunity to get some payback on Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

Meanwhile Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) found out some stunning intel regarding Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

At Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) dropped Charlotte off so her grandmother could watch over her while Rocco’s rescue was underway.

After Charlotte left the room and hid around the corner, Lulu admitted to Laura that once she found Rocco with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), they planned to go into hiding for a while.

Charlotte eavesdropped around the corner as Lulu spilled how Rocco shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to save Jason, who took the fall for him and landed in the WSB’s custody as a result.

After Charlotte processed all that shocking information, she played dumb in front of Lulu and Laura.

Charlotte also handed over a special necklace for protection as she bid Lulu farewell on Tuesday’s GH episode.

Meanwhile, Dante paid Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) a visit to fill her in on the latest Rocco details.

Liz found out that Dante and Lulu would be in hiding with Rocco until Cullum was out of Port Charles.

Before Dante left, he pushed Elizabeth to avoid Cullum if possible and rely on Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) for backup if the WSB directed grilled her.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) negotiated 50 percent of Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) Deception shares in exchange for her help with the PCPD, which gave her a bigger stake in the company than Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

Brook Lynn wasn’t happy about that deal and later explained it to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), who found out about BLQ’s plot to frame Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) for leaving the scene of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident.

Michael seemed uneasy about Brook Lynn drawing attention and eventually trashed Chase as he tried to convince BLQ to move on from him.

At Willow’s house, she was with Chase when Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) arrived to ask questions about the night of Jordan’s accident.

Willow excused herself to check on Drew, but she really wanted to warn Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to get out of there.

Sidwell refused to leave since the other accommodations he’d arranged weren’t ready yet, so he continued to hide while Willow returned to Chase and Joe.

Chase asked to speak with Willow alone, so Joe asked if he could use Willow’s bathroom.

That gave Chase a chance to warn Willow about Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) possibly going after her another way and advised against answering questions without a lawyer.

Meanwhile, Joe slipped in Drew’s room and introduced himself before confirming that Drew could blink once for yes and twice for no.

When Joe questioned him about Willow’s whereabouts the night of Jordan’s crash, Drew blinked answers about her being on Route 91 that night and confirmed her involvement.

Willow eventually found Joe, who acted like he just got turned around and then wanted to introduce himself to Drew.

Joe also tried to question Willow about the night of the accident next, but she stonewalled him about not knowing the details of her busy schedule and pushed him to make an official request through her office.

Willow was grateful to Chase for giving her a heads-up about not trusting Joe, who stepped outside and left a voicemail since he was eager to tell ADA Turner about his latest crash lead.

As for Sidwell, he’d been eavesdropping on Joe’s interrogation of Drew.

Sidwell confronted Drew about whether Willow was actually tangled up in this accident or if he was just framing her.

Next, Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) delivered Ava Jerome (Maura West) to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) office, where Sonny pushed for info on where Sidwell was hiding out.

Ava didn’t know and acted like her relationship with Sidwell was professional, but Sonny doubted that.

Ethan was counting on Ava to keep secrets regarding Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton), so he acted like Ava was playing Sidwell by keeping him interested based on what he witnessed.

Ava assumed Sidwell was long gone by now, but Sonny knew his enemy wouldn’t leave without revenge.

Sonny tossed some threats around regarding Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) access if Ava was protecting Sidwell, but she insisted Sidwell was Sonny’s problem rather than her own.

After Ava stomped off, Sonny offered a warning to Ethan about not letting himself get manipulated by her.

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny and Sidwell have a major confrontation in their future, so stay tuned for any troubling news ahead.
