General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) will seduce Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is rooting her on!
GH just dropped its promo for the week of August 3-7, and it looks like Michael’s new Deception shares will attract some attention from Serena, for all the wrong reasons.
Early on in the week, Lucy and Serena will meet up at Bobbie’s, where the surrogate mom will have strict instructions for Serena.
She’ll advise her daughter to pick out her most seductive suit, and when Serena stumbles across Michael at the Metro Court Pool, the sparks will fly (at least for him).
Lucy is tired of having to listen to feedback from both Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) where Deception is concerned.
The woman came up with the idea for the company back in the 1990s and would like full control of the cosmetics empire.
Still, with the power tug of war going on between BLQ, Tracy, and Lucy, as of late, when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) sold her shares to Michael, she thought he would automatically become #TeamQuartermaine when placed in the mix.
Lucy is concerned she’ll get railroaded by the Qs and is hoping to level out the playing field.
As such, with Serena back in town, Lucy seems to have a plan to restack the odds in her favor.
Whether Lucy is hoping Serena can sway Michael’s voting or even convince him to sell his shares back to her mom, there’s a major scheme in place and ready to be set in motion.
There’s also a chance Lucy is hoping Serena can get insider intel, or possibly some blackmailing information to force Michael to sell his shares to her, so only time will tell.
Overall, Lucy has drastically changed her ways; however, the old Lucy snuck out some weeks ago when she attempted to befriend and help BLQ.
Brook Lynn was sick of Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) lingering around Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), and Lucy assisted her with framing the congresswoman as the other driver in Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash.
As the driver wouldn’t get jail time and would only look bad in the eyes of the public, this was a perfect scheme to throw Willow under the bus.
Still, when all was said and done, Lucy wanted something in return – much to Brook Lynn’s shock – and she outright asked for her shares in Deception.
This glimmer of the old Lucy, circa the late 1980s, proves that she is willing to do just about anything to gain control of Deception.
As such, Serena’s job might be to land Michael in a precarious position so that he’d be willing to give up his shares to Lucy.
After all, Michael is a single dad to two young kids and is constantly battling with his ex, Willow, over custody.
Michael is involved with Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell); however, they aren’t overly serious, and it does feel as if they may be on the cusp of a breakup soon, which means Serena’s timing is impeccable!
General Hospital spoilers indicate that these types of schemes always end up badly, so could Serena have seductive intentions, only to end up falling in love?
