Charlie Sheen to Premiere His Own Show On HDNet

Charlie Sheen could soon have a home on Mark Cuban’s HDNet station.   Cameras are ready to roll according to insiders, although plenty of details still need to be worked out, such as what kind of show it might be.  Cuban said Sunday a decision of whether to make it a reality show, a talk show, or something else will be up to Charlie himself.

Charlie has become a media phenomenon lately with eccentric rantings which smack of a major case of egomania and are filled with Charlie-isms – lines that have become catchphrases, such as “tiger blood” and a drug called Charlie Sheen.  It’s all part of his wacky campaign to disprove that he is merely a drug-using, reckless playboy.

Since the future of his hit CBS show “Two and a Half Men” remains uncertain it is to be expected that other offers for such an attention magnet are popping up.  Cuban described Charlie as “somebody that everybody has a whole lot of interest in who is doing some interesting things, to say the least.”

Whatever else might be wrong with Charlie he certainly fits the following definiton:

Egomania: an obsessive preoccupation with one’s self and applies to someone who follows their own ungoverned impulses and is possessed by delusions of personal greatness and feels a lack of appreciation
