Twenty-year-old Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso was busted for DUI!
He played Oliver Oken on the hit Disney show, and at the age of 20, he’s already got his first ding on his driving record. He was arrested in Burbank, California yesterday, after after failing to slow down for some cops who were directing traffic.
Police officers approached his 2007 Mercedes Benz and found a “strong odor of alcohol” emerging from his vehicle. He was given a field sobriety test and failed it. Afterward, he was given a breathalyzer test and blew above .08, which is the legal limit in the state.
After being busted, he was taken to a nearby station, where his bail was set at $5,000.
Perhaps he thought that he didn’t have to play by the rules? Either way, he’s going to learn his lesson the hard way, isn’t he?
