Snooki alleged to be irate over a story that appeared on a website claiming that the dumpy penguin was arrested in New Jersey in possession of thousands of dollars worth of marijuana.
A small detail – Snooki wasn’t in New Jersey when she supposedly was arrested! And now the stumpy celeb is threatening to sue the offending website.
The site reported that Snooki was pulled over for a traffic violation and while police were doing there usual good job they came upon 12 ounces of wacky tabacky.
TMZ reports that Snooki was far from amused and her lawyers have fired off a letter to the site, demanding they remove the story, or she’s gonna bring the wrath of the law down upon them – drag them to court and skin them alive.
Snooki’s rep says: “The report is 100% false. As Ms. Polizzi’s legal counsel is currently investigating this matter, we cannot comment any further except to assure the public and Ms. Polizzi’s fans that this story is a complete fabrication.”
The post appears to be removed from the website.
