New General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will soon be on the rocks thanks to a coming crisis that hits the Corinthos clan and this will give Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) an opportunity to make her move on Sonny to get revenge on Carly.
GH fans have spoken up on how unfair it is for Nelle to focus on Carly over the illegal kidney transplant and that the blame isn’t Carly’s. That may be true, but since Nelle’s parents are dead (at least as far as we know) and Jax isn’t around, Carly is the only one that Nelle can take her anger out on.
The first issue plaguing Sonny and Carly is Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) as he continues his bipolar spiral thanks to Ava Jerome (Maura West) tampering with his meds. Morgan will soon be busted by his school for cheating and buying a term paper and he will spin out of control and do something worse.
The second issue is Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) and his pledge to avenge Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo). Michael can be a dangerous dude and he’ll be angry and off-kilter in coming days and that has his parents terrified of what he’ll do and if he’s putting himself in danger.
The larger issue looming, though, is Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) acquittal. Julian might have left off of Sonny but Morgan attacking him and threatening his life has set him on edge and caused him to come at Sonny. Of course, Sonny is ready to take Julian out to avenge Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan).
Sonny already wanted revenge against Julian over Duke but dragging Morgan into it heightened everything. Sonny is ready to make a move on Julian but Carly tried to get Sonny to promise he wouldn’t engage in violence against Julian. Carly pushed him on shutting down the madness but Sonny doesn’t want to keep that promise.
All of these situations will converge and push Sonny and Carly to the limit. They will disagree on all fronts and then cracks will appear in their once-happy marriage. They have been doing really well on their fifth try at wedded bliss, but it looks like this is too much for them.
Nelle will see the fracture between them and take the opportunity to get closer to Sonny. General Hospital spoilers tease that Nelle will make a move on Sonny. Under ordinary circumstances, Sonny wouldn’t give her the time of day, but GH writers are contriving a plot to make him vulnerable.
It might not work the first time Nelle makes herself available to Sonny but once you mix in anger at Carly, frustration over Julian going free, concern about his kids, and a little Scotch and you’ve got a recipe for a regrettable sexual encounter with his wife’s assistant.

GH fans might not like it but Sonny and Carly have both cheated on one another before so it’s not out of nowhere. This will get ugly when Carly inevitably finds out about Nelle and Sonny but will it be too late? What do you think GH fans? Can Carly and Sonny make it through this crisis?
