General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal another surprise possible family relationship between enemies. General Hospital has a very intriguing new character on their show; ever since Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has arrived on screen, fans have been going crazy over him. Speculation regarding the most evil Cassadine is through the roof and some fans love him while others hate him.
General Hospital spoilers recall that when Valentin was first introduced, he looked like the crazed, evil maniac we had all been told about, when we met him on Cassadine Island in Greece. Valentin’s tirade began with his hostages, and then the shooting of his own nephew, Nikolas (Nick Stabile) in cold blood, just to get the point across to the other hostages, including his niece Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) to follow his orders.
Valentin was considered the worst of the worst when it came to the Cassadine family, but when he arrived in Port Charles, he didn’t seem so threatening and blood thirsty, did he?
Sure, he may have been a party crasher and attempted to take whatever he felt was rightfully his, including Windermere, but General Hospital spoilers have also seen a tender side to Valentin; visiting Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) and wanting to still pursue a relationship with her.
In General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 7 to 11, we see Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) running into his arms, like he was a daddy coming home from a very long business trip; which implies he isn’t as completely evil as people want us to think.
So what is the deal with Valentin? It has already been made clear that Valentin is the son of Mikkos Cassadine, making him half-brother to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), but what do we really know about his mother?
GH fans saw last week that after Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) paid him a visit, he pulled out a very old, folded picture of Anna, could this be a clue to who he really is, and why he would risk everything to be there?
Although General Hospital spoilers have speculated about Valentin and Anna, we know that she is too young to be his mother not to mention that if they had any kind of relationship, she would have recognized him. Anna has said several times there is something familiar about Valentin, and she is sure they have met before.
What if Valentin is Anna’s half-brother? They could very well share a mother. We have never seen Anna’s mother on the show, nor does she ever talk about her. This revelation has endless possibilities, and once the word is out, citizens of Port Charles may never be the same.
