I love Edie Falco! She is a fabulous actress I loved her when she played Mrs. Soprano in the Sopranos and I really like her in Nurse Jackie. In a recent interview with New York magazine Edie discusses the takeover of reality TV. When asked about famewhore Kim Kardashian, Edie asks, ‘Who is Kim Kardashian’ LMAO ! If I was conducting the interview my answer would have been a big nobody that is who she is!
Seriously what she actually says is, “Like, forgive me, I don’t know if you’re friends with her—but who the hell is Kim Kardashian? Like, who are these people and why are they famous and why are they advertising things and being asked their opinions about things? I just don’t understand what these people did to be in a position of having everyone ask their opinions about stuff.”
That is the best line I have ever heard! Good question who are these people – they are media whore, wannabes who will do anything for a scrap of attention. They have no self respect it is all about the money. Good on ya Edie, could have not have said it better myself!
