Sean Kingston Is Slowly Improving - Will Be In Hospital For Weeks

Sean Kingston is in stable condition and in recovery after a serious Jet Ski accident over Memorial Day weekend.  The ‘Beautiful Girls’ singer suffered a broken jaw and wrist, and had water in his lungs from the accident, which occurred when Kingston and passenger Cassandra Sanchez crashed into the Palm Island bridge in Miami.  Kingston is expected to be back on his feet in six weeks.

Sanchez, who said Kingston was driving the Jet Ski “really fast,” said of the moments before the accident:

“We can’t fit under there,” Sanchez said she screamed before the collision. “Are we going to try and go under there? Sean stop!”

Sean Kingston’s Passenger: ‘We Were Going Really Fast!’

She said that though Kingston tried to avoid hitting the bridge, they were just going too fast. Sanchez suffered only minor injuries, while Kingston was reportedly coughing up blood and mumbling, “I’m hurting. I’m hurting” at the scene.

The pair were luckily rescued from the water by someone who just happened to be there and were taken to a Miami hospital for treatment.
