What an episode last night on BOARDWALK EMPIRE, the bodies piled up as Gyp Rossetti made his move on Atlantic City and Nucky Thompson. Nucky and Eddie Kessler had to go to Chalky to seek refuge. Gyp’s men were everywhere and Nucky got out by the skin of his teeth with an injured Kessler. Margaret had already head for the hills, we found out from Kessler that she had taken a train with the kids before everything went down.
Gyp tried to get Chalky to give up Nucky, but that was not happening. Gyp offered a $25,000 reward for anyone who brought Nucky to him. Gillian got a new partner in Gyp and Gillian was less than pleased. She is quickly learning that Gyp and his men are brutes. Gillian also nosed in Richard’s room this week and found out he has a girl he likes. Gillian was a real biatchy about it. At the end of the episode she threw Richard out of her brothel because he was trying to take Tommy Jr. away. That is going to be a decision that Gillian regrets.
Against Meyer’s advices Lucky Luciano made a deal he quickly came to regret. By the end of the episode it was just Nucky and Chalky but the calvary showed up. Did you miss last night’s season 3 episode 11? If you did you can read a full and detailed recap HERE!
