Selena Gomez is dressing sexier these days and the question is whether her new provocative image is designed for Justin Bieber or for another man? She’s not a little girl anymore and Selena wants to be sure that everyone realizes it. Over the past few years we’ve had the pleasure of watching Gomez go from tween on Disney’s hit show, the Wizards of Waverly Place, to independent young woman.
She has traded in Disney for the big screen and her music has become more mainstream as well. It certainly makes sense that the 19 year old starlet would start to grow up and change her sense of style as well.
“She’s dressing sexier because she’s ready to develop a more mature fan base,” a source close to Selena reveals to Hollywood Life.
Certainly Gomez’s current beau, Justin, has no complaints about the stars more provocative wardrobe. Kind of makes you wonder if maybe Gomez is looking beyond her relationship with the younger Bieber and even subconsciously wanting to appeal to men her own age or older.
As we told you earlier in the weekend, Bieber’s video for “Boyfriend” is set to drop next week and it features a much older looking Justin. Gomez has to feel the pressure of all of his fans. Perhaps she believes that a sexier style is sure to keep his eyes focused where they should be, right on her.
