Tonight, everything will be answered! Well, not answered. But the seventh season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians will conclude, and a lot of the drama has been waiting to explode! Last episode, Khloe and Kim Kardashian went to a fertility clinic, Kourtney told boyfriend Scott Disick she wanted four more kids.
This prompted Scott to investigate vasectomy doctors, and Kris Jenner put a lock on her closet to keep daughters Kylie and Kendall out! Kris also got a second boob job and ran around topless trying to show her kids the improvement. You can read last week’s recap HERE.
Tonight will be the conclusion of some things left hanging last week. E!’s description reads, “As the family prepares to welcome Kourt’s new baby into the world, Khloe looks into why she can’t conceive and Kim starts the process to freeze her eggs.”
We know from the sneak peaks available online, and from TV appearances this week, that Khloe still is struggling to conceive, that Kourtney has a beautiful baby girl called Penelope, and that the alien inside of Kris Jenner won’t burst through her skin, kill them all, and return to her home planet. (Rumour has it that’s next year! Kidding!) I’m hoping that tonight Kanye West will pop the question to Kim during Kourtney’s birth, stealing her thunder and effectively setting the entire family against him. I’m sure that, even if no one liked him, Kim would press on, just like she has before!

The episode starts with Khloe speaking to the fertility specialist. The doctor recommends that she start taking a supplement that will help encourage ovulation, which is crucial to her ability to conceive. At lunch, Khloe and Kim talk about the news they’ve just received. They realize they must move on and make good decisions based on this news.
Kris received a plaque with the title “Momager”. Bruce has been invited to a decathlon anniversary event. He hopes to bring his older sons and Kendall and Kylie.
Khloe and Kim talk to Rob and Lamar about the fertility clinic. Khloe explains that after a year of trying to get pregnant, specialist help is needed. She says they’ve wasted two years trying to have a baby. Lamar confesses that he doesn’t want to have a big reaction to the news because he doesn’t want to make Khloe feel worse about it.
Kourtney and Scott go over to the Jenner house, and Kris pulls Scott aside. She warns him that having two kids is like having twenty. Scott is uncomfortable and worries that she is leading up to criticism, but they hug and have lunch on the terrace. The garden sprinklers turn on and scare Mason to tears (adorable!).
Bruce is upset that his daughters Kendall and Kylie don’t want to go to the Olympic trials with him. His feelings are hurt but he knows he can’t force them to go if they don’t want to.
Bruce is leaving for his trip to the Olympic trials. His sons promise they won’t get sick of his nostalgic stories. They say that watching Bruce’s old videos is inspiring and makes them teary eyed. Bruce is really bothered that his daughters refused to come to the Olympic trials.
Kim attends a Dress for Success benefit, where she jokes that there is plenty of security so that she doesn’t get flour bombed (which she was, for wearing fur). The charity supports women having business appropriate outfits to get employment.
Kris confronts Kim after she learns she went to a fertility clinic without telling her mom. She says she hasn’t decided whether or not she wants to freeze her eggs. Kris says that her daughter’s fertility is in God’s hands. Kris encourages Kim to stop taking birth control and let her body move to its own rhythm. Kim says she has to talk to Kanye about it.
Kourtney and Scott pack for the hospital, which they need to be ready to drive to as soon as Kourtney goes into labor. Khloe tells her family that she isn’t ovulating. Kourtney is supportive of her starting treatments, and Khloe reminds them that it is her body and these need to be her decisions. Kris promises that she will have a baby someday.
Bruce takes Brandon and Brady to an Olympic museum. They get to see their dad celebrated as an Olympic champion, not the whipped husband of Kris Jenner.
Khloe and Rob go to Dash where they discuss future plans for the store. Khloe criticizes Rob’s wardrobe, which is trashy and sloppy, as usual.
At Kourtney’s baby shower, Kanye holds a baby, foreshadowing possible plans in his future with Kim. Kanye says that he and Kim are content in every way. Khloe approves of their relationship, which Kim values (especially since Khloe’s advice about Kris Humphries was right on the money). Kim worries that, although their relationship is moving well, she may be infertile by the time they want kids.
Kendall and Kylie spend the day helping Brandon with his music video. (Also—is that a tattoo on Kylie’s left rib?? Did you see that?) Brandon tells the girls that they need to appreciate Bruce more and recognize his huge accomplishments. They say they feel bad that they didn’t go to the Olympic Trials with him.
Khloe returns to the clinic to have more testing done. They do specific tests to find her hormone levels during different stages of her cycle, which will give them more information about why she isn’t ovulating.
Kourtney and Khloe plan to apologize to their dad by taking him to the Olympics. They buy some signed jerseys online and surprise their dad with London itineraries for their trip. Bruce is so excited (as we would expect!).
Kris goes to Kim’s house and finds her in the bathroom, preparing to start hormone shots to freeze her eggs. Kim is scared to give herself the shot. Kris volunteers and quickly stabs the pinch of skin Kim is holding. The needle is so long that it goes through her flab, comes out the other side, and stabs Kim in the finger.
Lamar tells Khloe that they can get through anything and that he will support her. She says that they will be stronger for it in the long run.
Kourtney starts having contractions and prepares to have her baby! She cries because she is scared and doesn’t want to leave Mason. She is worried that it is her last night with Mason as an only child. Kendall and Kylie stay at the house while Kourt and Scott head out. They stop at Kim’s house, where they are going to wait for the contractions to increase in frequency before they head to the hospital. At the hospital, Kourtney gets an epidural (a numbing shot) and her family keep showing up. She starts pushing. Finally she is able to reach and pull Penelope out. Kris tears up and the sisters fawn over Kourtney and the new baby.
Mason arrives at the hospital to meet Penelope. Kim gives him a present from “Penelope” to help the transition and make him know he won’t be forgotten. In classic cuteness, he says he wants to touch the baby’s hand. Kris says that she hopes all of her daughters will get to experience birth.
