Not every Hollywood celeb dreams of being a porn star but without any lucrative mainstream offers finding their way to Lindsay, taking off her clothes for the camera could well remain her best option. Supposedly Lindsay’s idol was Marilyn Monroe – wouldn’t it be ironic if she winds up earning a living as a porno Marlyn impersonator?
Playboy was in serious need of a popular Christmas boost – as its circulation declined by over 1,000,000 in the previous year going down from 2.6 million to 1.5 million. Sales of the January/February issue went viral all across America and on the Internet – breaking all sales and new subscription records in the process. Say what you like about Lindsay but the girl definitely has the potential for a future in porn. Looks like Hefner knew what he was doing when he convinced Lindsay to take a million dollars to do a Marilyn Monroe inspired shoot.

Hefner took to Twitter at that time to express his glee: “The Lindsay Lohan January-February Double Issue is breaking sales records.”
Last week Hef spoke to FOX411’s Pop Tarts at the pre-Grammy dinner honoring Paul McCartney: “It was huge,” the old playboy exalted.
Hugh Hefner might not be the wisest at choosing wives but he does have a knack for picking centerfolds. Lindsay should stick to what she does best – and we don’t mean getting into trouble – we mean doing soft-core porn like Playboy. It’s legal, it’s safe, and it pays really well.
