Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel arrived at the hospital recently to prepare for their son’s birth, which will occur via a pre-planned C-Section. They’re both ready to go and excited, and I’m sure the couple can’t wait to welcome a bouncing baby nugget into their lives. We have a feeling they’ll make great, fun, hip parents.
Apparently, Josh is remaining super calm about the whole thing and was even seen chatting it up with hospital staff, all of whom aren’t strangers to the birthing of future celebrities. Fergie’s reportedly staying in the birthing suite that’s been occupied by all sorts of Hollywood royalty, including Kim Kardashian (remember that baby North West situation?).
We wish Fergie a happy and healthy procedure and a smooth recuperation time. She hasn’t put out much new music lately, so I suppose we’ll have to wait a bit longer now that her attention will be elsewhere for many, many months. Hopefully this couple won’t follow the recent trend of celebrities who’ve been shielding their glorious babe’s face from the media — we’d really love to see him ASAP, ya hear?
This is Josh and Fergie’s first child together. We’re unsure if they plan on having anymore. If we hear anything more about this exciting birth, we’ll clue you in here or in another posting. May the Force be with you, Josh-ergie.
