This controversy surrounding Gwyneth Paltrow just keeps getting more amusing by the day. First Vanity Fair wanted to do a legitimate interview with the Oscar winner but she tweaked out at the last minute which raised eyebrows and caused more than a little bit of suspicion. Of course VF editors wanted to know what girlfriend was hiding so they began asking questions and apparently scored enough ammo to make Gwyneth shake in her bazillion dollar ankle boots.
First she insisted that none of her Hollywood friends answer any questions and then she suggested that they boycott the magazine all together. When the new issue dropped without Gwyneth’s expose in it the actress breathed a short sigh of relief and then insisted that she doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her anyway. Insiders speculated that she was taking that approach to help blow off more specific rumors that could be around the corner.
According to Radar Online it looks like Gwyneth’s reprieve will be short-lived because the expose will indeed run and likely show up online within 2-3 weeks. She made such a big deal out of blocking it that the magazine refused to be held hostage by her or cave in to the demands of one adulterous blonde. In response to learning that the piece will likely turn up in the next issue Gwyneth has declared war on VF. Sh has demanded that her A-list friends boycott the publication but as Radar reports, this is not working. No surprise here – loyalty to the conceited but fatuous Gwyneth can’t possibly run very deep. Looks like Gwyneth is no longer the world’s most beautiful woman!
Somehow the slightly delusional actress believes that she holds enough power in that underfed body to topple a publishing giant.
