After months of hearing about Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley supposedly breaking up, getting back together, and breaking up, it’s interesting to hear another perspective on the relationship. According to the latest issue of OK! Magazine, Jason and Rosie are finally getting engaged after she gave him an ultimatum.
We’d actually heard something along these lines before, that Rosie wanted to get engaged but Jason wasn’t as willing. However, if OK!’s sources turn out to be accurate, that means that Rosie finally managed to wear Jason down. A source for OK! explains, “Rosie has given Jason a marriage deadline many times but she’s never stuck to it. This time she found the courage to actually walk out on him.”
The source adds that when Rosie left him, Jason was truly shaken and decided that he was ready to commit to the next level. Apparently, “When his movie Homefront comes out in November he wants Rosie by his side on the red carpet with a huge diamond on her finger and to announce it that way.”
Well, Rosie and Jason have had several times in the past where they’ve been ‘seen’ with other people, and it wouldn’t be surprising to find out that they had actually broken up for a while. However, if they did break up, clearly Jason realized he couldn’t live without her if he truly did propose. But can you actually see either Jason or Rosie settling down? Jason has a reputation as a playboy and Rosie’s still very young and a supermodel. Those are all the ingredients needed in a self-destructive relationship, much less marriage.
