If you come into Jennifer Lopez’s life broke don’t expect to leave with anything more than you came with. That’s the lesson that Casper Smart is learning the hard way. Apparently the couple of two years finally split with Jen putting an end to the rocky relationship once and for all in early October. Over the months together she reportedly found Casper to be a good whipping post and blamed him whenever things weren’t going her way. According to the Oct. 29th print edition of Star this scenario is what caused a monstrous fight between the two a few weeks ago.
This particular battle was the end of the line for Jen and she ended it by kicking Casper out once and for all but there was a catch – he couldn’t take anything with him. He has really profited from being with Jen and she has afforded him a great lifestyle, one that he’s not thrilled about giving up.
According to sources close to Jen she absolutely knew from the start that Casper was Mr. Right Now and not a true love match. She had fun with him and loved how much younger he was. The age difference breathed a bit of life back into Jen and helped her get over her failed marriage to Marc Anthony. Jen’s family and friends warned her that Casper was just staying with her for the handouts and freebies but she didn’t care as long as it was fun. Jen knew that she had the upper hand and that as soon as she was over it, she would pull the plug on their relationship.
