No matter where she goes Camilla Parker-Bowles has to be the center of attention and she had every intention of doing just that when Kate Middleton delivers her baby. Camilla is said to be furious that Kate has opted to spend the first few weeks with her parents adjusting to motherhood. Since that shut Camilla out then she had privately intended to rule the roost at the hospital, helping Kate through her delivery.
According to the July 15th print edition of GLOBE that idea has gone over like a lead balloon. Just last week Camilla publicly berated Kate, causing her to cry at her last public appearance and there is no way that she wanted this woman anywhere near her. Kate was beyond upset because Camilla wouldn’t back off and it got so bad that Queen Elizabeth actually stepped in!
Elizabeth informed Camilla that she is to keep herself a mile from the hospital and Kate after she gives birth. Upon realizing that Elizabeth had issued royal orders Kate, in gratitude, promised to never let her down and to always stay with Prince William. I’m sure Camilla found this situation to be just one more reason to chug a bottle of gin before laying into Prince Charles, no doubt blaming him for her horrendous life!
I guess the real question is whether or not Camilla will attempt to defy the Queen’s orders. Would she dare to go against her and do whatever she pleased? I’m pretty sure she won’t get anywhere near Kate as she delivers the royal heir, but do you think she will try anyway?
