Paula Deen is renowned for her hearty ol’ meals and y’all-so-great persona, but don’t let this fool you! According to a National Enquirer world exclusive, Deen is oilier than a Hell’s Kitchen scallop – and they have footage to prove it. In a legal deposition obtained by The Enquirer, Deen confesses to using a racial slur on several occasions, as well as wanting “black waiters to play the role of slave in a wedding party she was planning.”

This evidence came to light after Lisa Jackson, one of Deen’s restaurant managers, sued the 66-year-old celebrity chef for discrimination. Sources claim that the $1.2 million lawsuit, and the bigoted revelations, could destroy Deen’s $17 million empire. This is, however, not the only rotten pie Deen has to contend with, because in addition to the racism and the hearty laugh from hell, dark family secrets about alcohol and pornography are now also boiling to the humiliating surface. A source reveals, “While Paula and Bubba did make some pretty damaging confessions in their depositions, what they admitted to only scratches the surface of what actually goes on in their daily lives.”
The white-haired horror from Savannah isn’t a stranger to scandalous disapproval. Barbara Walters criticized Deen for releasing a cookbook aimed at children, stating, “You tell kids to have cheesecake for breakfast. You tell them to have chocolate cake and meatloaf for lunch. And french fries. Doesn’t it bother you that you’re adding to this [childhood obesity problem]?” Another notable critic, celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain, also joined in on the fray in 2011 when he commented, “[I] would think twice before telling an obese nation that it’s OK to eat food that’s killing us.”
