Well, if this whole story is true then Burn Notice star Seth Petersen is quite a douche lord. Apparently he has been shacked up with his 22-year old side dish since last September and his wife, Kylee Cochran has had enough. She filed for divorce in LA, citing irreconcilable differences, claiming that her 43-year old husband has all but abandoned her and their two kids. Did I mention that Kylee is now 7 months pregnant? Yeah, that makes the whole situation even messier.
According to TMZ, Kylee has filed for full custody of their kids and Seth is ready to give up his parental rights in favor of a drug filled life with his mistress. Kylee is willing to allow Seth to see their children as long as those visits are supervised because of his past drug use while they were together. Kelly is also seeking spousal support which sounds more than fair. It doesn’t sound like Seth has any intention of helping to raise his kids so at the very least he can help to pay for them, right?
This guy’s drug problem must be of epic proportions. Not only has he wrecked his marriage, but how the hell do you willingly give up the rights to your 8 and 5 year old kids? He must be living in a haze. From the sounds of it none of Kylee’s demands are beyond fair.
