Iggy Azalea‘s ex boyfriend, unknown rapper Hefe Wine, is ready to make a deal with Vivid. But not so fast there, buddy, because Iggy is now about to sue his insane rear. Iggy is accusing him of copying data from her computer. A federal lawsuit against Hefe Wine is accusing him of downloading all the contents of her personal computer back in 2009 while they were living together in Atlanta. The data allegedly included unreleased master recordings.
Hefe announced in July he was putting out a new EP from Iggy that will “shock the world.” Iggy’s lawsuit accuses him of directly using, or a converting, the stolen data to create this new release. She is also accusing him of forgery.
Hefe reportedly has a document with Iggy’s signature signing away rights to her songs and music videos. She says the documents are fake and pasted together from a legit document she once signed.
There is no mention of the sex tape, but with this document, Wine thinks all he has to do is put a music bed under their sex tape which would then give him exclusive rights to sell it.
Iggy says the sex tape that was sent to Vivid entertainment is not of her. A rep told Huffpost, “It is categorically not Iggy Azalea in the video in question. She has never been involved in any sexually explicit recordings.” Iggy also posted tweets expressing her feelings toward this alleged tape. Other rumors swirling around are that it is her in the tape, she was just underage at the time. Hefe, of course, claims it is Iggy and that she wasn’t underage.
Vivid founder, Steven Hirsch, has offered Iggy millions to release her sex tape, but she refuses and threatens, “ill Screw You” if they use her name. Hirsch says, “I believe there would be a huge demand for her sex tape, Iggy has proved that she’s an amazing talent…We are conducting our due diligence and if we are satisfied with our review, we will definitely try to make a deal to distribute the tape.”
