First Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose, now Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo break-up. It is a sad week for your favorite celebrity couples with break-ups and splits. Multiple sources have confirmed that Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo have split and are no longer together. I’m just as sad as everyone else. The couple always looked so happy and in love on the red carpet and in photos. Their breakup was reportedly mutual, and they still care very deeply for each other and will remain friends.
It was confirmed they were dating in 2012, but they were first linked romantically in September 2011. Last year, Derulo released a song titled “Marry Me” for Jordin. That same year, engagement rumors emerged when Jason proposed to Jordin in the video. “And it’s talking about how amazing it will be when I get down on one knee and it will be the greatest moment of my life.” Obviously Jason Derulo wasn’t thinking break-up when he composed this love song for Jordin Sparks. The sexy R&B star says. He also adds, “You can’t fake anything because true love is true love, and that’s the basis of our relationship.”
Jordin and Jason were always cute, showing their love to the world, being together on the red carpet, sharing sexy selfies on social media and even gushing over each other during interviews. They were recently seen at the 2014 MTV video music awards.
There seems to have been some clues on Twitter, that the couple were going their separate ways. On September 14th, Jordin tweeted, “Football is the only thing making me smile today. I don’t feel like doing anything except laying down & zoning out #oneofthosedays.” On the 15th she apparently wrote the saddest song of her life. Lately, Jason has been seen partying solo. Just last weekend he was at 1 OAK in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas. These two are a favorite among celebrity couples, hopefully they can work things out soon.
