Business sure has changed for Kim Kardashian. Remember a few years ago when she seemed to be pitching a million products and her endorsements equaled a ton of money? Well after having baby Nori and solidly attaching herself to Kanye West Kim has watched her star power drop like an anvil leaving her to grab whatever cash she can. That’s probably why accepting Richard Lugner’s off seemed like a no-brainer. Kim earned half a million to escort the 81-year old to the Vienna Opera Ball and you would think for that kind of cash she wouldn’t mind humoring him a bit, right? Even funnier she has her pimp along for the trip, Kris Jenner!
According to the March 17th print edition of US Weekly Lugner fully expected Kim to pose for various photos, sign autographs and to attend a formal dinner with him (and possibly lots more – we didn’t read the contract). Kimmie couldn’t have been bothered by all that extra stuff and put up resistance every step of the way rather than actually working for the money. Both Lugner and Kim say that the whole evening was a complete disaster and apparently Kim doesn’t understand that if you are bought and paid for, for the evening then you do as you’re told.
Lugner is known to target either young up-and-coming women or ones fading from the limelight that need a jolt of publicity themselves. It’s kind of funny when even this guy sees that Kim’s fame has become more of a joke than anything else, isn’t it? Ironically, Kim was paid in full before she even landed in Vienna so she obviously came out ahead in this business deal. Perhaps the next time she decides to whore herself out she’ll pay more attention to the details. Can you believe anyone would still pay that much money just to get her in the building?
