In happy news (depending how you look at it), it’s reportedly being said that reality star Phaedra Parks kicked her husband Apollo Nida out of their marital home. And why shouldn’t she? She’s mad and has every reason to be. Also if he was the one that ended up buying their house in Buckhead then it may get seized by the federal government any day now so it would probably be better to distance him from their assets.
Although the pair have made it through some previous tough breaks like his earlier prison stint, the inappropriate text messages with Kenya Moore, and having two kids back to back (much harder than it sounds); it doesn’t look like they’ll be able to make it till the end of his upcoming fraud trial. Apollo is currently facing several charges stemming from fraud and identity theft and with this case it doesn’t look as if he can escape a second prison term. So its completely understandable if Phaedra doesn’t want to be found waiting around to merely get played by her husband yet again.
What you have to understand is that she was there after the first time he went to prison, but how many times should a wife support someone lacking basic common sense. Everyone has a breaking point and finding out that Apollo was willing to risk their livelihood just for extra money at the strip club must have been hers. And I’m not even exaggerating when I brought up the strip clubs – Apollo admitted during the filming of The Real Housewives of Atlanta that he generally spends thousands of dollars a night at the strip club and that he doesn’t expect his wife to ever question it. Well, she should have. If she did then she would have realized that couldn’t have gotten his hands on that amount of money legitimately.
I’m just sorry the spin-off that was in the works has been permanently benched because of Apollo’s actions? He had everything and still he ruined it. Talk about self-destructive!
