When they last left off, Apollo and Brandon looked like they were heading for round two when the rest of the party were able to keep both of them apart. With the situation still like that a lot of people wisely chose to leave. Kenya and Brandon left and they were soon followed by Porsha and her sister. The two women figured they should be adults and leave the boxing to everyone else. Then Apollo and Phaedra stepped away from everybody else.

Things were beginning to calm down when Christopher Williams and his wife, Natalie, tried to explain themselves to Nene. They were throwing the whole fight onto Kenya claiming it was her fault. They thought she must be crazy seeing as she hardly knows them and yet she wanted to make judgments on their relationship. Well, Kandi felt Natalie did the same thing to her and Todd. Didn’t Natalie accuse Todd of being an opportunist? So Kandi reminded Natalie of what she did and then the couple that was singing one tune a second earlier now wanted to say that they didn’t mean anything bad about Todd. They were merely answering any concerns Cynthia had for her friend.

What could have been an adult conversation slowly turned into an argument when Cynthia got on the offensive. She had come too close into Kandi’s face to supposedly tell her side and because she was upset she was doing big hand gestures. Now is Kandi is short so when a tall person comes into her face like that it’s usually to intimidate her. Peter, Cynthia’s husband, wasn’t there at the start of the whole conversation but when he did join in he ended up making things worse. He told Todd and Kandi to calm down because they were acting “street”. He then tried to act tough and walked a little too much into Kandi’s face and Todd pushed him.

Cynthia’s sister, Malorie tried to break them up at first and then she pushed both Todd and Kenya. She nearly caused a fight when both sides got pulled apart. It took a minute for Kandi to stop trying to hit them and breathe but after she did she wanted to leave. This wasn’t fun night for her and she had cried in the bathroom. She did stay longer than she wanted and that was for Todd. He had made nice with Peter and both men were willing to drop it.

Not that it’s the same story the next day. In the light of day everyone has begun to exaggerate their stories. They swear it all began when Kenya charged across the room despite the truth being she calmly walked. Then according to Kandi’s side, Peter and Malorie started the small fight between them. Meanwhile over at Cynthia and Peter’s, they swear Kandi overacted and picked a fight. Cynthia even goes far to claim that Kandi was too street and how she’ll never be able to look at her the same.

Apollo’s version of events is another excuse after excuse. According to him, Brandon had started in on him when he was just trying to help. Phaedra doesn’t buy his story although she knows the fight was Kenya’s fault. If Kenya hadn’t left her seat then none of this would have happened.

As for Kenya, she was comforting Brandon. Her assistant/close friend was injured from the fight and thought about pressing charges. He could have seeing as his ribs were cracked by Apollo but he chose not to. He knew it wouldn’t look good for the other man and he didn’t want it to hurt the couples’ kids.

Soon everyone tries to get on with their day and move past the “party” when Kandi books a massage for everyone. She wanted to use a day at the spa as way to make peace. Cynthia wasn’t feeling comfortable enough to be around Kandi. She still accepted the invited but chose to try and put as much distance between them as possible. Later, all the women sit down to talk things over.

It doesn’t do anyone good. Kandi and Cynthia found common ground and were able to make apologies to each other. But Nene wanted to blame the entire fight on Kenya for getting up. She also believes that Christopher never touched Kenya and that the other woman is playing the victim. On the other side of the argument, Kenya was grabbed and refuses to take blame for what she thinks Nene started. They both should have confessed to their part and when neither can the spa day gets abruptly cancelled.

So much for peace!
