Bobbi Kristina Brown is reportedly lying in a bed brain dead at DeKalb Medical Facility in Georgia, but the bitter feud over her estate and $20 Million inheritance from her late mother Whitney Houston is really heating up. Bobbi Kristina’s father Bobby Brown filed for guardianship of his daughter and her inheritance this week – and Cissy Houston is furious. In the event that Bobbi Kristina passed away, her $20 Million is technically willed to Cissy Houston, but her father Bobby Brown is determined to get his hand on the money before the Houston Family does.
It’s no secret that there is some bad blood between the Houston Family and Bobby Brown – which dates back to when Bobbi Kristina was just an infant. Although the two families have tried to maintain a solidified front for the media, insiders say that behind the scenes all hell is breaking loose. A source dished to Radar Online that, “Since day one, all of the Houstons have been waiting for Bobby to try and get Bobbi Kristina’s money and they knew it was just a matter of time. No one is surprised that he is making a grab for her money.” The insider went on to say that Cissy Houston plans to “fight Bobby Brown to the grave.”
Who really deserves Bobbi Kristina’s money though? Bobby Brown is technically in charge of all of Bobbi Kristina’s medical bills and is footing her hospital bill, which is estimated to be up to a couple million dollars since her tragic drowning in January. So, doesn’t it make sense for Bobby Brown to gain control of the inheritance too so that he can use some of the money to pay for Bobbi Kristina’s medical expenses?
